So Sorry for your Loss. at times like this we have to deal with a broken heart , Jesus read from the scroll of Isaiah, saying: “Jehovah has anointed me to tell good news to the meek ones. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted.” (Isaiah 61:1) Jesus then applied those words to himself, presenting himself as the Messiah with the commission of making known a message of comfort.—Luke 4:16-21. some scriptures that help me. ▪ “Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; he saves those who are crushed in spirit.”—Ps. 34:18, 19. ▪ “When anxieties overwhelmed me, you [Jehovah] comforted and soothed me.”—Ps. 94:19. ▪ “May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and gave everlasting comfort and good hope by means of undeserved kindness, comfort your hearts and make you firm.”—2 Thess. 2:16, 17.

My condolences in the loss of your beloved family member. During this difficult time comfort is needed. The Bible provides comforting words at Psalm 147:3; He (God) heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds. Also Revelation 21:4 promise in the future; And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. May these scriptures provide comfort for you during this time of bereavement. My condolence to the Smith Family. Death of someone you love so dearly is one of life's greatest tragedies. The Bible assures us:. "Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.". (Psalms 34:18) Yes more than anything else,a relationship with God can help you to cope with the death of someone you love.
