Betty Wilkins, 82, of 8020 White Avenue, Spartanburg, SC formerly of 109 Woodmont Dr., Boiling Springs, SC died July 1, 2018 in Physical Rehab and Wellness Center. A native of Cherokee County, SC she was the daughter of the late Eddie Moore and Plessie Means Moore. She was a member of Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church and worked as a certified nursing assistant with the Department of Health and Environmental Control. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Rosevelt Moore, Andrew Moore and James Moore and three sisters, Vaneica Dodd, Plessie Wood and Rosalee Mills. Those who remain to cherish memories are: three sons, Asa Wilkins, Jr. of the home, Tony Wikins of Littleton, CO and Dexter (Brenda) Wilkins of the home; two daughters, Patrick Wilkins (Kwadwo) of Stratford, CT and Deberah Andrews of Una, SC; one sister, Frances Foster of Spartanburg, SC; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon at Shiloh Seventh-Day Adventist Church with burial to follow in Good Shepard Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the home, 109 Woodmont Dr., Boiling Springs, SC. Arrangements are with Community Mortuary, 102 Marion Avenue, Spartanburg, SC.
