Shirley Mae Kelly

Shirley Mae Kelly, 64, of Carlisle, SC passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, February 15, 2026. A native of Jersey City, NJ, she was the beloved daughter of the late Columbia Smith and Ruth Kelly Hunter. She was educated in the Jersey City, NJ public school system. She retired from Cone Mill after many years of dedicated service.

Those left to cherish fond and precious memories include her son, Jonathon Maurice Kelly (Jamie Vanlue) one grandchild, Lywonn James Johnson-Kelly; one brother, Benjamin (Juanita) Kelly; one niece, Ben'Naeyshyia Kelly; one nephew, Benjamin Kelly, Jr; like a daughter, Jenell Bush; and a host of cousins, other relatives, neighbors and friends, all of whom will miss her presence.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Community Mortuary, Inc., 361 Meansville Road, Union, SC.
